GREEK TEXTS oti melh esmen tou swmatos autou, ek ths sarkos autou kai ek twn ostewn autou (Textus Receptus, Scrivener Edition).
"because members we are of the body of Him, of the flesh of Him, and of the bones of Him" (J.P. Green's Interlinear to the Textus Receptus, Scrivener Edition).
The Diaglott edition of the Greek manuscript of J.J. Griesbach is in agreement with the Textus Receptus with the addition of a footnote indicating that the portion reading ek ths sarjkos autou kai ek twn ostewn autou is omitted in the Vatican manuscript.
The Greek manuscript of the United Bible Societies, Edition 2, also omits the same section, as does the Vatican manuscript, with a footnote of explanation. Their estimated evaluation of the text with omission is {B} which indicates some degree of doubt.. See the following comparison of various readings and the list of supporting documents for each, as shown with the UBS-2 text.

o One which includes the following:
autou ek ths sarkos autou kai twn stomatos autou (see Gen. 2:23).
Ninth Century K 018 ap Moscow
My conclusion, from the above Greek textual information, is that there is not sufficient evidence to omit ek ths sarkos autou kai ek twn ostewn autou (of his flesh, and of his bones). Even the United Bibles Societies rates the omission a 'B' which "indicates that there is some degree of doubt."
"And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man" (Genesis 2:23). Paul is comparing the relationship of husband and wife to that of Christ and his Church in Ephesians 5:21-33.
It is interesting that most modern translations choose to make the omission.
